I come from a background of 26 years in construction. I started with Chad and was immediately amazed by how well he treats his employees. He goes out of his way to make sure you know how much he appreciates you. Not only the many things he does to show you, but I have yet to leave the shop at the end of a day without him saying thank you. His attention to detail on every project and his determination to grow his business is just some of the things that make me proud to work for him. All of his employees get along so well. I’ve worked places where each crew is almost against each other or trying to outdo each other. Working at Koeppel, it’s a team effort. We all succeed together. The amount of pride that everyone has in each phase of a project is refreshing. I honestly don’t see myself ever working anywhere else.
