Our Story
Three Decades. One Promise: Do it right the first time.
Koeppel Concrete was founded in 2003 in Manitowoc Wisconsin, with a simple idea: concrete is a 50-year decision, and the people pouring it should treat it that way.
Today our passionate crew ours residential, commercial, and decorative concrete across all of Northeast Wisconsin, from custom stamped-patios to 80 x 120 industrial equipment slabs.
What hasn’t changed: the same founder and owner runs the company, an experienced crew shows up to your job, and the finish is always the one we’d accept on our own house.
Meet the owner
Chad Koeppel
Founder & Master Concrete Finisher
Chad got his start in concrete right out of high school, taking on side jobs with a lifelong friend after putting in 16-hour days at his regular job. Over the years he worked for companies across residential, commercial, and state projects, building a wide range of experience along the way.
Today Chad has more than 30 years of experience pouring and finishing concrete, including nearly 20 years focused on decorative and stamped work. He has completed an extensive list of commercial and industrial projects, from outdoor nitrogen tank bases to press pit bases, and has become an expert in the specialty concrete industry. That same expertise carries through to the entire Koeppel Concrete team.
