A shout out to the Koeppel crew!! I had a 50+ year old retaining wall collapse this past summer and after multiple calls to local contractors as well as landscapers, it seems no one does this kind of work any more. If I even got a call back. After contacting Chad, he met with me within an hour of the phone call, came to estimate and promised to complete the job before winter. Chad's crew did an excellent job with the concrete in my new 42x60 shop. This project had a few added features such as a 2ft deep poured area for a 3 ton jib crane, 4 separate floor drains and pex for in floor heating. They were more than capable of dealing with all of this. In fact, Chad's attention to detail even caught the lack of a stub in for water supply line in the utility closet. With their prompt service and finished product that was actually above my expectations, I would recommend Koeppel Concrete to anyone.

Did my driveway last year and poured my garage and driveway extension this year. I can't say enough good things about Koeppel Concrete. Responsive, timely, work their butts off to get the job done, good vision for what i was trying to do and the price is fair. He even talked me out of spending more when a simpler job would do. I was looking to have a 16x16 patio of stamped concrete done so I called three contractors at about noon and left voice mails for all three. At about 5:10 Koppel called me back and I gave him the details of what I wanted. The following morning he emailed me over a rough estimate of what it would cost. Price was very fair so I gave him the go ahead. A week later and the other two contractors still had not returned my phone call. Patio is now done and looks beautiful.A contractor that returns phone calls, sends out timely estimates and gets the work done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price is a rare find now a days.

Neighbor had entire driveway, sidewalk & pad next to garage completed. Very professional.

As a contractor for the city koppel replaced 2 concret sidewalk slabbs. The surrounding grass was destroyed. Koppel replaced the black dirt with the sand/clay that was initially beneath the concrete. It will take days to repair.Service: Sidewalks

I contracted Koeppel to take out a crumbling concrete driveway slab in front of our house and to extend a driveway slab on the detached garage in back of our house. Chad and his team were professional and efficient. They removed the old slab, which was tricky because part of it was under our porch, and put in some really beautiful looking concrete--both in front of the house and in back.

One of the other tricky thing about the job in the front of the house was that we were expanding the width of our attached garage in front, which required removing the old door and framing up a new one that was wider. Chad and his team had to cut out part of the garage concrete to put in a smooth lip across the front. They had to coordinate these activities with the garage door installer and an independent contractor who took care of the framing work. This was done with minimal delay or difficulty.
