This project had a few added features such as a 2ft deep poured area for a 3 ton jib crane, 4 separate floor drains and pex for in floor heating. They were more than capable of dealing with all of this. In fact, Chad's attention to detail even caught the lack of a stub in for water supply line in the utility closet. At about 5:10 Koppel called me back and I gave him the details of what I wanted. The following morning he emailed me over a rough estimate of what it would cost. Price was very fair so I gave him the go ahead. A week later and the other two contractors still had not returned my phone call. Chad and his team were professional and efficient. One of the other tricky thing about the job in the front of the house was that we were expanding the width of our attached garage in front, which required removing the old door and framing up a new one that was wider. Chad and his team had to cut out part of the garage concrete to put in a smooth lip across the front. They had to coordinate these activities with the garage door installer and an independent contractor who took care of the framing work. This was done with minimal delay or difficulty.
